Orders Less than $100: Add Handling Fee of $10.00 per destination
Terms: Opening orders are accepted with Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, or American Express. Net
30 day terms with approved credit.
A charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) on all orders not paid within terms.
A $30 NSF fee will be charged for all checks returned unpaid.

C.O.D. shipments.
Backorders:
Any backorders under $20.00 will be cancelled unless instructed otherwise on the
order.

Credit Claims:
Claims covering defective merchandise
and shipping errors must be submitted within 10 days of receipt. Please retain any
packaging and damaged product to assist in processing a claim.
Return of merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee
(minimum $10) to returned merchandise.
